Is Body Ache And Muscle Weakness A Side Effect Of Crestor?

Can 5mg of crestor, taken 3-4 times a week cause body aches & muscle weakness? I don t have a fever & I have taken a flu shot this year. Also, I m a type 2 diabetic with A1C 7 & average blood sugar of 130-150. I take 1000 ml. of metformin nightly. My cholestrol is never over 200. Last check it was 154.
