Hi, i m feeling really tired lately, pains all over and sweats at night, i was a smoker and gave up nine years ago, went back on them 8months ago and 2weeks ago was fed up with feeling sick so gave tem up again, have no urge for one ,just had a sudden disliking to them.
Smoking (nicotine) withdrawal last for 5-10 days. You have already stopped smoking 14 days back. Then body pain and night sweats appear due to some other reason.
Causes which can lead to body pain and night sweats: Stress, anxiety, thyroid problem and dehydration. So get evaluated by physician to rule out these problem, same time remain abstinent from smoking.
