Thank you for query.The chances of transmission of HIV by sexual route is 1/ 200 to 1/2000 even if the partner is HIV infected.It is least if you have protected intercourse.transmission through breast milk in adults is unlikely except when there are ulcers or abrasions in the oral cavity You can go for HIV antibody test 4th generation as it is already 9 months from exposure.
