Is Bowel Incontinence Normal In A 4 Year Old Child?

hi I am a daycare provider. I m trying to figure out one of my 4 yr old boys. he s been potty trained during the day. but still continues to have accidents at nap/bed time. he goes thru times were he goes great than goes back to having accidents again. its been a back and forth even. suggestions???
