Is Brown Discharge In 37 Week Due To Water Break?

i am 37 weeks into my 2nd pregnancy and have started efface and dilate. monday my doctor checked my cervix and noted i had dilated to 1 cm. since then i have had a slightly brown/yellowish discharge. at first i thought it was just because she had checked my cervix. now it is wednesday and i am still having this discharge. sometimes when i bend down to pick up my daughter the discharge is heavy and it feels as if i have peed myself a little. so my question is should i be concerned that maybe my water has broke and i did not notice?

Please visit your obstetrician and inform. This seems to be leak of liquor. Also, the discharge being brownish, we have to look for the health status of the unborn baby. please don't lift weights and be in rest till you visit our doctor at the earliest opportunity. please watch for foetal movements. I wish you the best!
