Is Brown Vaginal Discharge With Stopped Periods While Being On Danazol Normal?

I have been taking Danazol for almost 2 years now and my periods have stopped completely. In the past 6 months I have been getting a brown vaginal discharge and last month had a period that was unlike any I'd had before. Is this common for this drug?

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Danazol basically works by creating amenorrhoea only.
it helps via destroying ectopic endometrial tissue which later on fails to develop hence curative role in endometriosis.
this will revert back to your normal periods in a couple of months and use barrier method of contraception in the meanwhile
In case you have further questions you can consult me on health care magic forum and i will be happy to help
Take care and wish you all the best.
Dr Manisha Jain.
