OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,

The appearance of a bulge after moving a certain way can be due to lax muscles or a small hernia in the area. This can be ruled out only after a proper examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rakhi Tayal, OBGYN
