I have some bulges near the way of anus.Is it the symtoms of piles ?

Hi,
These could be anal tag(skin tags) or hemorroids .Piles usually is accompanied with symptoms like pain,blood in stools,constipation etc.If its asymptomatic,then nothing need be done.
