Is Bumps On The Clitoris Sign Of Herpes?

I was told about 2 months ago that I have Molliscum and I was given some cream. I went back to the doctor today because the bumps showed up on my cliteris. I was tested for herpes about 3 months ago through blood work and that swabbed the bumps and everything was negative, but today she said she wanted to test me for herpes again because thats what it looks like. Should I be worried?
