Is Burning And Swelling In Fingers Sign Of Morton Neuroma?

Doctor, I'm a piano player, had injured my hands around 2 years ago. Since then, I've checked to many doctors with no good results. My right hand feels like burning. It hurt most around the third and fourth finger, and I think it's sweling a bit. One doctor said I had morton neuroma. Is there really no cure for this? Is that means I will never be able to play piano again? It's my job...really ruining my life.
Thank you.
