General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

White blood cells would be seen with any infection because this is the body's response to infection.

The mixed growth means that they detected more than one bacteria in the urine which may need a combination of antibiotics.

The urologist should be able to help you treat the infection effectively

I hope this helps
