Is Burning Sensation At The Throat S Base An Indication Of Heart Disease?

I have a burning sensation at the base of my throat at different times of my day. Such as when I bend over, exert myself. It this a precursor to heart disease? If I take a tum, the sensation goes away, but comes back often. I can wake up with it. My mother had heart disease, angina. This sensation is not in my chest, but at the base of my throat.

a throat infection is the association . that too a certain bacterial throat infection
Take antibiotics for the throat infection
Get an ECG done
