Is Buzzing In Head Connected To Burning Sensation In Foot?

I have a burning feet, not really bad but I am wondering if there is any connection between my feet and the buzzing in my head. I have had buzzing in the head for over a year now and many scans on my head and neck have shown nothing. The buzzing is not in my ears but up the back of my head to the front. I have tried acupuncture, massage , been to a chiropractor, Tried Gluten Free food, Everything but to no avail. The burning feet comes and goes and at the moment is not too bad. As I say I am wondering if there is any connection?. I am 74 years old but am very active, my husband and I teach Martial Arts including weaponry and Tai Chi/Chi Gung , we also swim 4 times a week, summer and winter, and I also use the Treadmill [for 25min] at the gym on the days we are not swimming, have you any suggestions ????

There is no conection between two. Burning sensation is definitely peripheral neuritis. Blood sugar to be tested. Smoking to be strictly prohibited. Tab or injection neurobion can be given. For ringing sensation you can consult psychiatrist.
