Is Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, Related With Tingling In Fingers?

Good night, I am 18 years old and for the past few days I have been experiencing tingling in the fingers of my left hand. I use the computer quite a bit so I do not know if its carpal tunnel syndrome. The reason I'm concerned is because I've read all sorts of stories on the internet about tumors and MS and what not and it really has me a bit scared.
