Is Cerebellar Atrophy Curable?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi Doc I'm Roy from India(West Bengal).My boss is under ill for cerebellar Atrophy. He is about 45 and give up all hope about cure. He has tried in many places for treatment. According to his view it could not be cured totally. Is it correct? If not what are the options for treatment in India.
