Is Cerebral Plasey, Related With Muscle Spells?

For the last couple of months I have had these spells that are very infrequent; but I had one on Friday that was a bit worse. It seemed to be a muscular issue, I had no strength in arms or legs and my husband said I was walking like I had Cebral Palsey or something. What do you think?
