Is Cervical Pain While Sitting Normal After Supra Cervical Abdominal Hysterectomy 3 Weeks Ago ?

I am 49 year old white female that has had a supra cervical abdominal hysterectomy 3 weeks ago. I recently have encountered cervical pain while sitting. This pain is about a 5 or 6 on a scale of ten. I have had no drainage since surgery. Is this normal?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
No, this is not normal to have a pain after 3 weeks of surgery you mentioned.
I would advise you to undergo ultrasonography and manual examination to see if there is an infection , which can cause such a pain.

Start proper antibiotics under guidance of your Gynecologist.
