Is Cervical Spondylosis Similar To Mini Stroke Or T.I.A?

I had temporary visual loss (left eye), facial tingling/tightening (left side), and tingling of my left arm/hand. I seem to have a niggling ,constant twitch on the left side of my head/face. My face was slightly swollen for a couple of days after this and I was absolutely exhausted and felt drained of energy. I had a CT scan of my brain which showed nothing and I have had an MRI scan I am waiting results. The doctors thing I may have had a mini stroke (T.I.A). The thing is I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis 3 years ago. Please can you tell if the most severe case or attack of cervical spondylosis is similar to that of a T.I.A? Thank you
