My right testical is about 5 or 6 times larger than the left. It's always been much larger but I'm not sure If it was always this much.It has no lump,It feels the same as the other and i have no pain or discompfort what soever,Should I be concerned ???
Hi. Thanks for your query. Since one testicle is 5 to 6 times larger than the left without any pain or symptoms I am worried about the following: This can be a cancer as it is always painless in the initial stages. It can be a hydrocele for which there is not much of a botheration. . I would suggest you the following: Get and ultrasonography and consultation of a general surgeon or an Urologist and get operated as per the cause found on investigations .
