Is Change In The P-R-T Axis On An EKG Report Of Any Significance?

I had one EKG a few months ago. It showed P/QRS/T axes of 68/64/40 degrees. I just had another EKG which sows P-R-T axes 78 90 82; borderline ECG. Right atrial enlargement. I was told not to worry - will have stress test in a couple months. Is there any significance to the change in the PRT axes?

Hi,

Don't worry axis may change according to lead placement and sitting or lying down position or in inspiration or expiration etc.

Please get it done further workup then get treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
