Is Chemotherapy Or Radiotherapy Recommended In Colon Cancer With Metastasis?

I have colon cancer surgery stage2 ,invasive adenocarcinoma.the tumor invades through the entire bowel wall to invade into the subserosal adipose tissue.multiple 16 regional lymph nodes are free for metastatic carcinoma.my ? is shoud I have chemo or radiations?

Since you are having colon cancer stage 2 and since 16 regional lymph nodes are free from metastatic carcinoma in your biopsy sample then surgery is the only treatment required.
There is no role of chemotherapy or radiation in stage 2 colon cancer.
