Is Chemotherapy Recommended Post Surgery For Complete Removal Of Cancerous Ployps?

I was diagnosed with colon cancer in March 27, this year . I had 6 polyps removed and one of the polyps was cancer. The surgeon removed all including the one that was cancerous. He referred me to An Oncologist and He said I didnot need Radiation therapy but I might need Chemo. I have gone to the Chemo DR. And he sent me for a Pet -CT scan. I had this done and the results were No evidence for residual or recurrent malignancy. The phys. Thinks I still need chemo . The scan included Eyes to THIghs. What s your take on this? I donot want a port because I have Heart Disease also.
