Is Clear Liquid From Breasts A Pregnancy Sign?

Hello Dr, I am 24 and trying to conceive,my last periods were too heavy and only lasted two days,I tested negative,then now when I squeeze my breasts clear liquid comes out,I only squeezed them only because they were very sore. But these days they not sore.I keep testing negative.And all that s been happening have never happened to me.Could I be pregnant?

Such liquid is some time seen even without the pregnancy this may be due to some hormonal changes, this is only comes out when squeeze till then this does not secrets on its own, this is not the sign of pregnancy better not to squeeze the breast this could cause swelling, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
