Is Clotrimazole Cream Effective For Vaginal Itching?

Hi, I am 26 weeks pregnant an have sone itching an discomfort, seems like thrush to me as I would have suffered it regularly throughout my last pregnancy an my other baby is only 15 months so not that long ago. Is it ok to use clotrrimazole cream 1% at this stage
