Is Collarbone Pain, Swollen Supraclavicular Lymph Node, Enlarged Thyroid, Multiple Nodes Cancer?

Hi I have alcohol induced collarbone pain,swollen supraclavicular lymph node,enlarged thyroid with multiple nodes to be checked by endocrinologist...I'm worried about lymphoma/thyroid cancer.do you think I'm right to be worried and not wanting any more delay than I've already had
