Is Coming Off Of Paxidep Safe In Absence Of Panic Attacks?

Sir, I am 44 yrs old man, and suffering from Panic disorder since 2003 and taking Paxidep CR 25 with Topaz 50. When the treatment was started at Jaipur then told me that it will take almost one year to be cured but still I have to take medicines. Sir pl. tale me, Is it safe to take these medicines for such a long time.
