Is Complete Dosage Of Natclovir Ganciclovir Needed To Be Taken After Abortion?

My wife Age 34 , Height 5'6" Wt 56 Kgs had abortion once (Gest apx 21 days) After investigations CMV IgG was found Positive & IgM negative. The Doctor gave Natclovir-Ganciclovir 250 mg for 21 days BID. But she took 34 tablets instead of dose of 42 in 21 days. Is it ok or she needs to complete recomended doses ?
