Is Complex Debris, Hemorrhagic Or Dermoid Cyst In The Left Ovary Something Problematic?

I have a cyst on my left ovary. My sonogram says...the left ovary contains complex Dedebris-containing or hemorage cyst vs dermoid measuring 51x46x44 mm area. The left ovary measures 51x48 mm. I m concerned. Is something like this usually problematic?

welcome to hcm
..all complex cysts anywhere in body are problematic
as your ovarian cyst is dermoid or haemorrhagic ..the final diagnosis can be made by MRI or CT pelvis or laparoscopy but i would advise MRI or CT pelvis as they are noninvasive
for dermoid cyst there are tumor markers to be checked in blood
after diagnosis the treatment will be decided
after diagnosis you can come to our site with complete data as your age or family size ..then we will advise you accordingly
