Is Conceiving While On Medications Advisable?
Hi.. Last year we had a missed abortion. After that lab report said lupus like anticoagulant present. This year again we are planning for baby...we had been for APla test, ANA and dsDNA test, all test results were normal. Doctor suggested to take clofert for 3rd to 7th day and duphaston for 16th to 25 th day after period. We consulted other doctor too she said to take only Susten sr300 from 16th to25 th day...and first month passed but did not conceived with susten. Doctor said go for system for three months so that can conceive naturally. Bit confused..please guide me

According to the history you provide of lupus in such cases getting pregnant might be difficult.We recommend a close consultation of the rheumatologist specialist with the gynecologist and the patient.All of them should see each other frequently unless pregnancy is achieved.Please talk with them
