Is Conception Possible Despite Using Contraceptives?

My boyfriend and I had sex the other day and the condom broke, but he did not ejaculate inside of me. I read online that pre-cum isn t typically a concern, especially is he s urinated since his last ejaculation, and I ve been taking birth control regularly for a year now. Could I be pregnant? I haven t felt bad since it s happened and I show no early symptoms.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There is no contraceptive gives 100 percent protection.

In case of delay period, I would suggest you to do urine pregnancy test.

You may require hcg level and obstetrics ultrasound SOS after gynecologist consultation.

Keep your self hydrated

Hope I have answered your query..
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
