Is Conception Possible With Bulky Ovaries And Cysts?

Hey my ultrasound report says my both ovaries are bulky and shows multiple small cysts lined in periphery with increased stromal echogenicity and volume. Right ovary size - 42.6×17.9×34.6mm, vol- 13.8cc left ovary size - 37.8 ×25.4×24.8mm, vol 12.5cc & ecogenic calcified area seen in left ovary ....? Dermoid Feature S/O polycystic ovarian disease. please suggest me some thing. I am 21 yrs old and not married . Can I conceive the baby after marriage ?
