HI,
I understand your query.
Bamboo shoots are rich in proteins with essential amino acids, essential fatty acids, antioxidant property. It improves appetite & digestion. It does not have any harmful effect on pregnancy.
What can be harmful are the excessive spices in the curry-specially in early months of pregnancy.
If you have affinity for the curry, you can very well take it in a mild form & within limit. Nothing excessive is permissible in pregnancy.
Thanks.
