General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

We used to think that B vitamins were harmless because, being water-soluble and can’t accumulate in the body like the fat-soluble vitamins.
However, we now know that a high intake of certain B vitamins can be troublesome.
So, I suggest to check the vitamin B blood level before continuing with the same diet.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
