Three days ago I had a blood vessel to burst in the outer corner of my eye. I normally wear contact lenses, however have not worn them since I discovered the broken vessel. I've had no pain and no change in vision. The broken vessels are not in the area where my contact sits. Is it safe to wear the lens

it is safe to use contact lens when there is broken vessel. problem if any will be in cornea.it may cause dry eye.
