Is Continued Use Of Mcgest Needed During Pregnancy?

Hi,my wife is pregnant(6 month complete on July 9) and at early stage of 2 months pregnancy she had a small bleeding. The doctor made a scan and reported nothing to worry. She gave an injection and suggested to use Mcgest 200 tablet every day for 2 months( to insert in vagina at night). Currently we are using it twice a week. Is there any necessity to continue use?
