Is Continued Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Progesterone A Miscarriage?

I had a blastocyst DE transfer on March 14; got a positive blood test result on March 30. I was on 800mg of progesterone per day at that time. On March 30, I experienced some bleeding for about an hour during my flight home. When I got home, I was advised to increase the dosage by 400mg. Today, bleeding started again but it has been going for about 10 hours now. Is this a sign of miscarriage? My first scan is on April 10.

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Continuous bleeding is probably due to miscarriage. I suggest you to get pelvic ultrasound done to confirm or rule out miscarriage.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
