Is Continuous Cervical Mucus Symptom Of Cervical Cancer?

I have had continous cerical mucus to the point that every time I move, it comes out. No odor and it is stringy like ovualtion mucus except this is daily for the past few months. I am 1 year post vaginal birth and have lsot muscle tone due to riping during child birth. I have had a normal PAP last year and am experiencing chronic lower back pain. I have a history of PCOS with low progesterone. Is this the symptoms of cerivical cancer?
