I am having BP 150/100 and also headache regularly when I used to travel in a bus or car. Headache is being for 2yrs weekly thrice. I used to take T.Napra D 250, Shall I continue this for headache, and what is the special reason for this headache, is this related to BP. Please give me your opinion Sir. Thank u

It would be helpful if you could tell me your age and whether you are already on blood pressure lowering drugs since this would help in initiating or modifying your treatment. The medication you have mentioned is only for symptomatic relief of your headaches. It is imperative that the root cause i.e. your blood pressure is brought under control. I would advise you to get evaluated from you local physician along with an ekg and relevant blood investigations. Please also consult an ophthalmologist and get your eyes examined for hypertensive retinopathy and papilloedema.
