Is Continuous Pain Following Drainage/rupture And Outer Ear Infection Dangerous?

I was diagnosed in urgent care with an outer ear infection Sunday and given antibiotics. Wednesday I went back to urgent care because the pain was unbearable. She noticed some sort of drainage in the ear and said it might be ruptured. She gave me pain medicine, tramadol 50mg, and new ear drops. Today the pain is just as bad, and I m dizzy and almost fainted. Do I go back to urgent care or the ER?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
You can go to Urgent care, no need to go to the ER as you are already under care of antibiotics.
It seems from your history that you are suffering from the ear infection of all the parts reaching the inner ear causing severe pain and giddiness.
I would advise you to continue with the antibiotics, take anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen and decongestant tablets.
You may also need the medicines for vertigo if it develops.
