Is Continuous Pulsating Or Throbbing On The Nose Bridge Related To Taking Spironolactone Or Oral Contraceptives?

My nose bridge right between my eyes is continously pulsating/throbbing. It almost feels like when your eye twitches but its on the nose bridge. It is not painful at all and has been happening for the last 3 days - on and off throughout the day. I am not tired, anxious or anything of that sorr. I currently take spironolactone 150 mg, it is prescribed for acne and I take oral contraceptive. I have an upcoming appointment with a neurologist for brain zaps i ve been experiencing on the left side of my head, but they have stopped 1 week ago.
