Is Coughing Up Brown Phlegm While Having Tonsilitis A Bad Sign?
Hi doctor, i'm a 16 year old female and I have tonsillitis at the moment but i'm on medication for it to shrink them, but i have a lot phylem in my throat that won't go down. I just coughed up horrible tasting brown phylem and i'm afraid..is it a bad sign? should i just stick through with it? thank you

don't worry, it sirely is due to tonsillitis..take proper treatment, have betadine gargles or hexidine gargles..take lozenges for quick relief
