Is Coughing Up Skin Harmful?
The other night I got a pill lodged in n my throat and started coughing heavily for abt 5 mns, Aft the coughing stopped I was able to calm down and the pill popped out! I have felt like something is in my throat ever since and just know I coughed up what looks like skin. Should I be worried?

there will be no skin inside , what u have coughed up may be sputum.
mucus membranes will not get out like that so easily even after injury due to foreign body.
due to mucosal injury u will have foreign body sensation in throat.
use serratiopeptidase tab twice daily for 5. days and drink plenty of water
