Is Course Of Akt-4 Needed For Mild Fever, ADA 4.6 In Aspirated Thickened Fluid Of Pelvis?

I had fever around 99.2 or 99 in the evening.i had ADA-4.6 in the aspirated fluid of pelvis.The fluid was also became thickened.so my doctor suspected it is tb though my TB-PCR test was not detected.I had weight loss of 1 kg within 2 weeks.may I need to start the coarse of akt-4 or not.Actually my doctor is confused himself.pls help me out.
