Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Use of
medical abortion pill for medical termination of intrauterine pregnancy (up to 9 week of pregnancy) under the proper guidance of gynecologist is safe and good practice. Cramping is due to uterine contraction caused by the misoprostol, so it is side effect of it and will disappear in 5-7 days after pill use. Dizziness and
constipation may be notices as side effects of abortion pill.
But foul smells
vaginal discharge suggests vaginal infection/Pelvic inflammatory disorder. So cramping, vaginal discharge odor and dizziness in your case is due to infection (
Bacterial vaginosis). Please consult the gynecologist for proper investigation (vaginal swab test, cell culture, microscopy, gram satin, PCR for dignosis of infections) and treatment.
Take antibiotic
metronidazole, Tablet meftal spas, apply warm pad, wear loose pure cotton loose garments, probiotics orally, wash your vaginal area with warm water, Shower with salted warm water, Wipe pelvic area after urination and sex, healthy diet with proper rest.
Also go for USG 14 days after using pill to confirm the complete process of abortion and rule out other complication.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
