Is Cramps Like Discomfort On The Right Side After Sleeping On The Right Along With Slight Breathlessness Something To Be Concerned About?

I woke up a few minutes ago feeling at first like I had slept on my right arm/side/shoulder area funny. But then I felt some slight pressure(almost cramp like) across the top part of my chest to the other shoulder area. A little shortness of breath, not too bad. Now feeling better.
