Is Curved Penis During Erection A Cause For Concern?
Hello, I am worried about the shape of my penis. My erections have always pointed to the right a bit since puberty which I thought was fine but recently (I am 21 now) I have noticed that it has gotten worse i.e. the curvature is more pronounced and the penis appears to be flat (there is significantly less girth vertically than horizontally). Note that I have been sleeping on my stomach my whole life and I weight 59.1 kg.

As long as you are not experiencing any pain or discomfort, its fine. Curved penis on erection does not affect penetration, it does not affect sex. If you are sexually active and have pain or discomfort during sexual activity you should get clinically examined by a GP. Pyronine's disease may cause such symptoms.
Get treated if you are diagnosed with it as it can cause erectile dysfunction later in life. Your treating doctor may recommend medicines or steroid injections. Sometime, it needs no treatment. If obese lose weight. If it is affecting your sexual life your doctor is likely to recommend surgery if required.
