Is Cycling Advisable After Suffering A Concussion?

I bumped my head and received a sizeable goose egg. That was 4 days ago.. the bump is gone.. the spot is still tender and I have headaches and has feelings of lethargy which are subsiding. The doctorin emery diagnosed a mild concussion. How long before I can resume cycling, yoga. . Etc.

Cycling isn't advisable if you are asleep or you have dizziness, because you may loose control. Give yourself a couple of days rest until you feel full recovered. Take Advil 400mg three times daily for headache. Get enough fluids 6-8 glasses daily to subside lethargy. Start your activity with yoga, walking then cycling. Hope this answers your question.
