Is Cylinderical Power A Permanent Type Of Vision Issue?

Hello Doctor, I have been using glass regularly for last one year. Earlier when i was in class 9th ,i got problem in my eye.then after consulting doctor, he recommendate me to wear glass of 0.5 D. but i didn t took it serioulsy. i am 24 now and doing job where i used to sit infront of computer for almost 9 hr a day. now my number is -2.25 D in left and 1.5D in Right eye and it is cylindrical in nature with spherical combination. Can regular use of glass leads to correction in vision..? i dont wanna use glass. would it be better to got with surgery..? is cylinderical power is of permanent type, where you have to use galss till end. on first prescription you have not given informationaboutplussor minus.now you are myopic you have not givenaxisofcylinder.every year you have to go for review. after this age itmaynot change since theegularre will not be body growth use of glasswill not lead to correction.you can go for refractive surgery maydevelop computer vision syndrome. use antigliare specs andapply artificial tear eye drop.
