Is Dark Vision In The Lower Part Of Right Eye Post Injury A Cause For Concern?

Hello, I got hit in the right eye with a soccor ball yesterday. It wasn t a direct hit, but it managed to hit the lower half of my right eye from about 5 meters away. It mostly hit my face, and the hit wasn t too hard, but after I opened my right eye, everything was blurry and there was this dark, shaded patch in my vision to the bottom. I put ice on it immediately, and over the next hours, my vision got better. It made me slightly sleepy afterwards and I took a short nap. My vision is fully clear now, except if feels like I m wearing sunglasses on the lower half of my right eye. My face and my eye looks perfectly normal now, no bruises or anything, but the spot where my eye got hit is slightly red. Do I need to see an ophthalmologist?
