Is Delayed Menstrual Bleeding Normal After Undergoing Surgery?

Hello. I had major orthopedic surgery on June 1st. My last period was 5/28. No change at all of pregnancy but I have t had a period since then. I was taking narcotic pain meds for 6 weeks post op and am now on a milder pain med, plus other meds. Is this normal to have a lengthy delayed period after surgery?
